Introducing a more intimate offering from The New Breed — 

A refined, restaurant-quality dining experience brought into the comfort of your home. Designed for intimate groups of 2–4 guests, each experience is thoughtfully curated as a bespoke 3 to 6 course seasonal menu, tailored around your preferences and the occasion — whether it’s a date night, anniversary, or a quiet celebration worth remembering.


With nearly 20 years of experience in professional kitchens, my journey began on the Mornington Peninsula, inspired by my father and a passion for food from a young age. I started at the well-known Portsea Hotel before moving to Melbourne,

 Since then, I’ve had the privilege of training and working in some of Melbourne’s most respected kitchens, including Gordon Ramsay’s Maze Melbourne under Josh Emett, alongside Justin Wise at The Point in Albert Park, and contributing to the opening of the award-winning Saigon Sally.

This experience is brought into a more personal setting — combining refined technique with a relaxed, considered approach to service — creating an experience that feels effortless, elevated, and truly yours.
